KKIS offers a unique professional development opportunity to shape the future of education in a remote, diverse, geographical and cross-cultural setting. Position Overview: The Education Manager is a critical leadership position at our emergent international school. This role is responsible for guiding the academic transition of Key Stage 1 and 2 programs (Years 1-6) from Thai educational standards to the British National Curriculum. The Education Manager will oversee curriculum design and implementation, resource selection, teacher training and assessment, and student progress evaluation. Additionally, the position involves the development of an extracurricular English Language Learner (ELL) program to support students attain international education standards. The Education Manager will report directly to the school directors to ensure a collaborative and effective transition. Qualifications and Experience: - A degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Experience in primary education, preferably within an international or British curriculum context. - Strong understanding of ELL strategies and experience in developing language support programs. Salary and Benefits Salary starts 40K Baht per month depending on qualifications and experience. Non-B Visa and Work Permit. 12 month’s salary (minimum) with housing allowance and Provident Fund. Annual leave and public holidays in accordance with the Thai government. Full contract with probationary period (3 months).
