We are currently enrolling children aged 2–4 years, we plan to expand to serve students up to 18 years old. We need Native English Speakers (NES)only Experienced educator with a passion for play-based learning Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, or PGCEi or equivalent Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset You should be committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports individual growth EYFS Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, emphasizing communication, physical, social, emotional, literacy, and mathematical development through play. Daily Reporting: Provide feedback for each student through the Seesaw app and prepare reports for parent updates. Assessment & Observation: Observe and assess students’ progress using EYFS guidelines, maintain records, and identify individual learning needs. Classroom Environment: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and active participation. Parent/Caregiver Engagement: Communicate regularly with families, update them on their child’s progress, and offer guidance for continued learning at home. Behavior Management: Implement positive behavior strategies to maintain a respectful and productive learning space. Special Events & Activities: Plan and lead field trips, celebrations, and themed classroom events aligned with EYFS learning goals.
