| Write or Paste Ad | We are looking for a passionate, energetic teacher to join our team at Grow Up Academy in Chum Phae, Thailand. We are a new school that provides English instruction to a variety of age groups, from kindergarten to adults. At Grow Up, we offer general English, phonics, and a real-life speaking course and we will develop more courses in the future. Our style of teaching is PPP, presentation, practice and production. We emphasize speaking and listening through games and activities. Courses for all age groups have already been established. We are looking for a teacher who is extremely adaptable and flexible who can apply their experience to our program. The role will include reporting to and communicating with the head teacher and our teaching assistant, preparing and teaching lessons, marking homework and exams, and providing feedback to parents. Upon arrival, the head teacher will give training and explain the program. This is a full-time position. This will be a monthly guaranteed salary, with extra paid if you work additional hours. The pay will start at 28,000-30,000 Baht per month, with an increase as we get more students and the business grows. We are looking for a teacher to work 6 days per week, with 15 days of vacation time given per year. You will have every Friday off. We are looking for a teacher who is experienced, especially with young learners. However, we can provide training and advice for less experienced teachers. We would prefer a teacher under 50 years of age, but this is not a strict requirement. |
