Teachers must be native English speakers or of European nationality, under 45 years old, and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field. Additional qualifications such as English proficiency test scores, teaching licenses or permits, and prior teaching experience are advantageous. Required documents include a CV or resume, a recommendation or cover letter, a 10-minute teaching demonstration video with a lesson plan, passport and degree copies, teaching certifications, English test scores (if applicable), a recent photograph, and a health certificate (post-interview).
