The Learning Support Instructor will play a key role in providing targeted assistance to students with learning needs. This support may take place within the classroom or in small group and one-on-one settings, depending on individual requirements. The instructor will be instrumental in helping students develop independence and confidence while encouraging critical and creative thinking. Building respectful and supportive relationships is essential to creating a safe and stimulating environment for all learners. The role also involves actively promoting an inclusive and empowering school culture. Qualifications in TEFL, TESOL, or ESL are advantageous, as is a background in education, special needs, or related areas. Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly with children requiring additional learning support, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
