At present, we serve children aged 2 to 4, with ambitious plans to expand our offerings to include students up to 18 years old. Our unique curriculum blends academic strength with language proficiency and is designed specifically for the Thai context. Students at KRIS are guided toward becoming fluent in English, Thai, and Chinese while achieving a high level of academic competence. Our teaching philosophy centers on the belief that each child is unique, with individual learning styles, interests, and capabilities. We emphasize engaging, play-based learning as a means to inspire children, unlock their potential, and nurture their overall development. By focusing on sustainable growth and individuality, we aim to foster well-rounded learners in a positive environment. We are seeking dedicated Native English Speakers (NES) and qualified Non-NES Early Years teachers who hold a degree in education or a related field, such as a PGCEi or equivalent. Ideal candidates will be experienced in working with young children, passionate about play-based education, and enthusiastic about collaborating within a supportive team. A strong commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments is essential. Teachers at KRIS will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Lessons should encourage development in areas such as communication, emotional and social growth, literacy, and numeracy through interactive and playful activities. Additionally, teachers will observe and assess children’s progress, maintain records, and tailor instruction to meet each learner’s needs. Maintaining a welcoming, safe, and stimulating classroom is a priority. Educators are expected to regularly communicate with parents and caregivers through the Seesaw app, providing updates on each child’s progress and offering recommendations for continued learning at home. Teachers also play a key role in organizing events, celebrations, and field trips that enhance the educational experience and support EYFS learning objectives. We offer a competitive monthly salary of 45,000–50,000 Baht, along with a supportive work environment that includes full training, assistance with visa and work permit applications, and help finding accommodation. Additional benefits include social security, paid public holidays, basic health and accident insurance, and renewable contracts based on performance.
