Prior experience in an international school is preferred, and strong communication skills in both Thai and English are required. The teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans tailored to the varying needs of students and implementing diverse strategies to ensure effective learning. Managing classroom behavior to maintain a safe and productive learning environment is crucial. Effective communication with colleagues and parents is expected, and the teacher should be comfortable using ICT tools to support instruction. The role also involves using assessments to track progress, set goals, and adjust teaching plans as needed. Regular feedback through oral comments and accurate marking is a key part of the role, as is encouraging students to engage with that feedback.
