Hiring a Native English-Speaking (NES) homeroom teacher to work with children aged 2 to 5 years old.

Applicants must be from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the USA, or the UK. An immediate start is preferred, and candidates should be experienced, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. The base salary for this role ranges from 50,000 to 60,000 Baht, depending on qualifications and experience, and the contract covers one academic year, including a three-month probation period.

Teacher-candidates need to be energetic, caring, and committed to providing high-quality education in a nurturing environment. Applicants should be skilled in working with young learners and have a solid grasp of both play-based and ESL teaching methods. In this position, the teacher will be responsible for fostering an engaging and stimulating atmosphere that promotes learning and development for children in early years. Classroom assignments will be based on teacher suitability and school preference.

The curriculum followed is based on the US California framework. Teachers will be assigned 22 instructional units per week, with each class lasting between 45 to 50 minutes. The official working hours are from 8:20 AM to 4:00 PM, while instructional time runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The academic calendar consists of two semesters each year.

Several benefits are provided to support the teacher's well-being and comfort. These include partial health insurance coverage, free daily lunch meals, and assistance in obtaining a Non-Immigrant Type "B" visa as well as a work permit. Teachers will also have the opportunity to earn additional income through optional after-school programs.

Class sizes are kept small, with no more than 20 students per class, and each classroom is supported by one to three teacher assistants. The learning environment is equipped with air conditioning and internet access to facilitate modern teaching methods. Paid holidays are also included as part of the compensation package.

Teachers must prepare and submit several documents. These include a current CV or resume, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and a transcript of academic records. In addition, applicants should provide teaching-related certificates, a copy of their passport photo page, and any available letters of recommendation or referrals.

Previous experience in early childhood education is essential for this position. While not mandatory, a non-criminal record certificate is preferred. The hiring team will only contact applicants who are shortlisted, and interviews may be conducted either in person or online.
