AEP is a friendly, professional language school based in the Rangsit Klong 3 area, known for its small size and supportive environment. The school provides full training for new staff, maintains small class sizes, and follows a ready-to-use curriculum. With western management and a fun atmosphere, AEP seeks a lively and enthusiastic teacher who can bring energy to the classroom and positively impact young learners’ education.

This teaching role involves a variety of classes, though most sessions will be with kindergarten and primary-aged children. The school looks for teachers who can connect well with young students and make learning enjoyable. The position suits someone who’s eager to work with children and bring creativity and excitement to their lessons.

One of the advantages of working at AEP is the location—close enough to Bangkok for city visits, but far enough to benefit from lower living costs. Teachers are part of a small, committed team where every voice is valued. Another benefit is the clear work-life balance: once your teaching day ends, there’s no expectation of bringing work home, such as grading or preparing materials outside school hours.

The full-time role offers a monthly salary of 60,000 baht or more. Additional benefits include a 50,000 baht bonus at the end of a one-year contract and the chance to earn quarterly bonuses based on the school’s performance. Teachers receive 10 personal days off annually after completing a three-month probation period, along with all Thai national holidays.

AEP covers the cost of your visa and work permit, making the process easier for new teachers. The work schedule includes five days per week, which may include weekends. Teachers will have up to five teaching hours on weekdays and up to seven on weekends.

Teachers are expected to conduct fun and effective lessons using the provided curriculum and resources. They also need to offer feedback to students, parents, and staff when necessary. Most importantly, creating a positive and safe classroom atmosphere is key to encouraging active participation and helping students thrive.

To qualify, applicants must be native English speakers and hold both a Bachelor's degree and a CELTA or an equivalent teaching certificate.
