The ideal applicant should be a native English speaker with a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Prior experience teaching students aged 12–17 is preferred. In addition to being passionate and energetic, candidates should be willing to commit to living and teaching in Phuket for at least one to two years. A mindset focused on growth and compassion is considered essential.

Responsibilities for this role include teaching core subjects for approximately 18–20 periods per week. Teachers are expected to collaborate with Thai educators, prepare lesson plans and materials, conduct exams, and manage related administrative tasks such as grading and reporting. Participation in extracurricular and school-wide activities is also a key part of the role.

The school offers a competitive compensation package ranging between 40,000–60,000 Baht per month, with additional earning possibilities depending on qualifications, experience, and job responsibilities.
