The position comes with a renewable yearly contract, offering job stability along with scheduled breaks throughout the year. Teachers will receive a four-week holiday in April and an additional two-week holiday in October, and all holidays are fully paid. The school offers a salary that depends on the applicant’s background and qualifications. Non-native English speakers can expect between 27,000 and 30,000 Baht per month. Native English speakers are offered 35,000 Baht. This makes the role suitable for a range of candidates who meet the school’s requirements. To be considered, applicants should already be residing in Thailand. Fluency in English with a neutral or near-native accent is essential. In addition, a degree in education or a related field is required, as it is necessary for securing a teaching license in the country. Candidates should also have at least one year of teaching experience within Thailand. This ensures that teachers are already familiar with the local education system and classroom culture, which helps in delivering effective lessons. Preference will be given to applicants who have taught skits, speeches, or presentations. These skills are valued as they contribute to enhancing students’ communication abilities and confidence in using English in practical settings.
