We need a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher.

The school is looking for caring, energetic teachers who are ready to inspire and support young learners.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with young learners in a bilingual classroom, shaping their early education in a nurturing and dynamic environment.

The school offers an initial salary of 23,000–25,000 Baht per month, depending on experience. This figure does not include accommodation and excludes extra classes, but salary growth is possible based on performance and commitment.

Applicants should hold at least a bachelor’s degree and currently reside in Thailand. Both native and non-native English speakers are welcome to apply. Enthusiasm, teamwork, and a positive mindset are key qualities the school values. A passion for teaching and child development is essential, while applicants with TOEIC scores or TEFL certification will be given special consideration.

The position involves being the homeroom teacher for a class of children aged three to five years old. Subjects taught include phonics, math, science, arts, conversation, and related activities designed to encourage holistic growth. The approach emphasizes fun, play-based learning combined with sensory learning techniques, for which training will be provided.

Candidates with prior experience teaching kindergarten are strongly encouraged to apply, as this will be highly regarded. Teachers are also expected to prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and teaching materials while collaborating with Thai colleagues to ensure a smooth classroom experience.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 17:00. Teachers should also expect to take part in assigned school duties beyond classroom teaching. Flexibility and dedication to the broader school community are considered important aspects of the role.

The contract is for 12 months and includes a steady salary for the full year. Annual visa and work permits are provided and paid for by the school. Additionally, teachers benefit from salary reviews, offering a clear career path within an expanding institution.

Teachers will receive 10 days of paid holiday during school breaks, 10 days of personal leave, and all official Thai public holidays. Extra teaching opportunities are available after regular class hours, with additional tuition fees paid on top of the base salary.

The role offers teachers the freedom to create a personalized and engaging classroom. Student artwork, storytelling, and singing are integral to daily routines, making the learning environment lively and interactive. With provided materials and room for creativity, teachers can enrich lessons while fostering joy and curiosity in their students.
