| Write or Paste Ad | We are looking for an Early Years Homeroom Teacher to join our team at Kids Avenue International Kindergarten, Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand. ✅ Position 🔸Early Years Homeroom Teacher (Student aged 3-6 years) 🔸Start: September-October 2025 ✅ Key Responsibilities for Homeroom Teacher 🔸 Supervise, support, and care for a group of young learners (ages 3–6) throughout the school day 🔸 Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment aligned with the EYFS framework 🔸 Teach 4–6 well-planned lessons per week using play-based, hands-on approaches 🔸 Promote life skills and independence through Montessori-style routines and practical tasks 🔸 Use Positive Discipline to guide behaviour and help children develop self-regulation and social-emotional skills 🔸 Join and scaffold children's play, exploration, and communication throughout daily routines 🔸 Write short, timely daily reports for each child and maintain open, respectful communication with parents 🔸 Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing classroom environment 🔸 Collaborate with teaching teams and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development 🔸 Observe and support children’s development, helping each child grow with confidence and joy ✅ Qualifications 🔸Love to work with kids (Age 2-6 years) 🔸Applicants must be qualified with at least a Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in education. 🔸The ability to communicate confidently in English (spoken and written) 🔸New graduates are welcome and the training will be provided. 🔸An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to all tasks. 🔸New graduates are welcome and the training will be provided. ✅ Hours of work: 🔸 Monday to Friday: 7.30 – 16.30 ✅ Pay & Benefits: 🔸 Basic salary : THB 16,000-22,000 THB depending on qualifications & experiences 🔸 Housing Allowance 🔸 Monthly Bonus/Diligence 🔸 Other benefit e.g., SSO, paid for holiday, Term break holiday, etc. 🔸 Contract duration: 2-3 Academic years 🔸 Probationary Period; 3 months 🔸 Provide documents and pay for VISA and Work Permit.
