The school is looking for NATIVE English speakers who can help create a warm, engaging learning environment for young children. These roles are located at the Baan Nirati Nakhon Pathom campus by Central Pattana and the Chonburi location. As part of the Early Years team, the teacher will be responsible for using Montessori methods to support each child’s natural development, curiosity, and love of learning. This approach emphasizes hands-on learning and individual pacing, making it ideal for children in their formative years. A passion for early childhood education and an understanding of child-centered pedagogy are essential. The monthly salary ranges between 25,000 to 50,000 Baht, depending on experience and qualifications. The school is open to negotiation for the right candidate. In addition to the base salary, in-house training in Montessori and phonics methods will be provided, along with CPR and first aid training. Applicants must be native English speakers and hold at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in education or early childhood development. Only female candidates will be considered for these roles. While not mandatory, holding a teaching certificate such as Montessori, Phonics, or TEFL is a strong advantage and will be given special consideration.
