| Write or Paste Ad | King’s College of English, a well-established language institution in Bangkok, is seeking a qualified Native English Speaker (NES) to join our teaching team at the Rama 9 branch. This position offers a monthly salary of 35,000 Baht and the opportunity to work in a professional, supportive environment dedicated to high-quality English language instruction. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English in both one-on-one and small-group settings, ensuring that lessons are engaging, effective, and suited to the individual needs of each learner. Classes for children aged 5 to 17 years are conducted on weekends, while weekday sessions focus primarily on private lessons for older students and adults. Applicants should be able to design and deliver well-structured lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum while incorporating innovative teaching methods and authentic English materials. Instructors are also expected to evaluate student performance through homework, class participation, and examinations, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate progress records. The teaching schedule consists of approximately 22 to 24 hours per week, with minimal administrative duties. Teachers are only required to be on-site during their scheduled classes, offering a balanced workload and flexible timetable. This is a low-stress teaching role with no take-home work obligations, and instructors are encouraged to use their own teaching resources to enrich lessons. Weekend group classes have a maximum of 12 students, allowing for close attention to individual progress, while weekday lessons are primarily one-on-one. The position is offered on a one-year contract basis, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.
