Applicants must already be residing in Thailand and available to attend an in-person interview as well as deliver a teaching demonstration at the school. Candidates should be ready to begin work immediately and must hold teaching documents that have been properly authenticated and legalized by the Thai government. The position offers a basic monthly salary of THB 50,000 for primary level teaching, with additional allowances including THB 3,000 for housing and THB 1,000 per year of experience, up to a maximum of five years. Teachers holding an education degree or PGCE receive an extra THB 5,000 per month, while those with a five-year Krusapa teaching license are granted an additional THB 5,000. A perfect attendance bonus of THB 20,000 is also provided, bringing the minimum guaranteed monthly salary to at least THB 53,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The benefits package includes health and accident insurance, free lunch on working days, complimentary document processing, paid holidays, leave entitlements, and an annual salary increase. Teaching conditions are favorable, with class sizes limited to 25 students or fewer, a teaching load of 20 hours per week, free stationery, and fully equipped classrooms featuring air conditioning, computers, projectors, speakers, and internet access.
