| Write or Paste Ad | The Canadian International School of Thailand is expanding its team and is currently recruiting dynamic and passionate educators who are committed to inspiring student learning. As an IB World School offering the PYP and MYP from PreK3 through Grade 12, the school is seeking qualified Science and Mathematics teachers for the 2026–2027 academic year, with appointments beginning in August 2026. The school is especially interested in candidates who demonstrate strong expertise in teaching Science and Math and who also have experience or a keen interest in STEM-related fields such as Robotics, Coding, or Programming. Applicants should hold a recognized teaching qualification such as a BEd, PGCE, GDipEd, or an equivalent credential from an accredited institution, be fully qualified to teach in their home country, and be native English speakers. There is one full-time opening for a Middle School Science and Mathematics Teacher responsible for teaching students in Grades 6 through 8. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics and Science within the IB MYP framework, develop engaging inquiry-based lessons, create curriculum-aligned assessments, differentiate instruction for diverse learners, manage classrooms effectively, and collaborate closely with departmental colleagues while integrating technology and STEM practices into instruction. Additional preferred responsibilities include contributing to STEM, Robotics, Coding, or Programming enrichment programs and supporting after-school clubs, competitions, or project-based learning initiatives related to these areas. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related discipline (a master’s degree is preferred), a valid teaching license, at least two years of teaching experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with IB MYP, EAL learners, or technology integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
