Teaching Environment Teachers will work with small class sizes, allowing for personalized instruction and meaningful engagement, while fostering creativity, flexibility, and student-centered learning. 3. Full-Time Primary Teacher (ESL) This role is ideal for teachers passionate about working with Grade 1–6 students, with responsibility for teaching one or two primary levels within the ESL program. 4. Primary Teaching Responsibilities Primary teachers will teach English, Mathematics (materials provided), and Project & Craft, with additional subjects such as Science Experiments, MathsWhizz, and GrapeSEED included as required. 5. Primary Teaching Load The maximum workload is 20–22 teaching periods per week, with each class lasting 50 minutes and class sizes ranging from 10–20 students. 6. Full-Time Secondary English Teacher (ESL) Secondary ESL teachers will work with students from Grade 7 to Grade 12, focusing primarily on English instruction within a supportive ESL framework. 7. Secondary English Teaching Scope In addition to English, teachers may be assigned subjects such as Project & Communication or English for Business, with class sizes of 10–15 students. 8. Full-Time Drama & Art Teacher This position involves teaching both Primary and Secondary students in Art & Performance, Drama & Aesthetics, Theatre & Performance, while also serving as a homeroom teacher. 9. Drama & Art Teaching Load Drama and Art teachers will teach up to 20–22 periods per week, with each session lasting 50 minutes. 10. Full-Time Mathematics Teacher (Secondary ESL) The Mathematics teacher role is designed for educators passionate about teaching Grades 7–12, covering both basic and advanced mathematics within an ESL context. 11. Mathematics Teaching Responsibilities Alongside mathematics, teachers may also teach subjects such as Project & Communication or Health, with small class sizes of 10–20 students. 12.
