| Write or Paste Ad | We are recruiting passionate and committed ESL teachers to join our team at Assumption College Thonburi, located in Bangkok. This role involves teaching Thai students for up to 21 hours each week, providing engaging and effective English language instruction. Applicants should be ready to begin work in May 2026 and must have prior experience teaching young learners and/or adolescents in a classroom setting. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a CELTA or TRINITY qualification. A minimum of one year of post-qualification teaching experience with young learners or adolescents is required, and familiarity with Cambridge CEFR-based assessments such as YLE, KET, PET, and FCE is essential. Advanced qualifications such as DELTA, TRINITY Dip, or an MA in TESOL are preferred. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 54,000 Baht to 68,000 Baht, with annual performance-based increments of THB 4,000. Additional teaching opportunities are available at THB 1,000 per hour, depending on enrollment, along with end-of-contract and second-year bonuses. Other benefits include a renewable one-year contract, a single economy airfare for staff recruited internationally, at least eight weeks of paid holiday per year plus public holidays, health insurance, visa and work permit assistance, accommodation on arrival, and ongoing professional development and training. Teachers will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing and reporting student progress, developing supplementary materials, attending staff meetings and workshops, supporting ELT examinations, and marking homework and classwork.
