Write or Paste Ad Montfort College Primary School is currently recruiting a Native English Speaker (NES) to join its Primary English Program. The school is seeking an energetic and dependable teacher to become part of its academic team.

The campus is attractively located near the river and the Night Bazaar in Chiang Mai city, offering a pleasant working environment. Montfort Primary is well known for its spacious and scenic grounds.

There are two openings for Primary English Subject Teachers, with the positions scheduled to begin in March 2026. These roles are part of the school’s established English Program.

Applications are strictly limited to native English speakers from the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or Ireland. Please note that applications from non-native speakers will not be reviewed.

The teaching load is approximately 20 periods per week. Teachers will collaborate closely with a Thai co-teacher in a team-teaching arrangement.

The position offers a 12-month contract, which may be renewed based on performance and mutual agreement. This provides stability and the opportunity for continued employment.

The starting salary is 40,000 Baht per month and may increase up to 46,000 Baht depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include annual salary increments based on performance, an annual bonus, free school lunches, organized teacher trips, and health insurance coverage.

Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in humanities. A TEFL or TESOL certification is desirable, along with some prior teaching experience, ideally within Thailand.

Candidates should also be comfortable using computers and common software programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The ability to integrate technology effectively into classroom instruction is considered an asset.
