Teachers will handle up to 20 teaching periods per week, with each class lasting 50 minutes. Responsibilities also include lesson preparation, administrative tasks, and participation in extracurricular activities, within a standard 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The program is managed by IDEAL English Academy, a reputable language institute and recruitment agency. Teachers will work in a structured and professional setting under the supervision of an experienced Head Teacher, using engaging and student-focused teaching methods.

The school is seeking educators who are passionate about student development and committed to maintaining high teaching standards. Ideal candidates should be adaptable, cooperative, culturally aware, and dedicated to ongoing professional growth.

Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field, along with a TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate of at least 120 hours that includes an in-class component. Native English speakers from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa are preferred.

South African candidates are required to submit a TOEIC score between 800 and 900 or higher. Qualified non-native English speakers with a TOEIC score in the same range may also apply, provided they are currently living in Thailand and available to begin in May 2026.

The salary during the three-month probation period ranges from 40,000 to 42,000 THB per month, increasing to 42,000–44,000 THB after probation. The package includes a 12-month renewable contract with annual performance-based raises and a performance-related end-of-contract bonus.

Additional benefits include assistance with a work permit and Non-Immigrant B visa, 20 days of paid annual leave plus 13 public holidays (including Christmas), and private health and life insurance. Ongoing professional development opportunities are also provided.
