Instruction should strengthen students’ confidence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing lessons that align with school policies and curriculum standards. The teacher will prepare instructional materials and establish clear learning objectives. The role also involves designing and administering assessments, grading assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback. All evaluation practices must comply with both school and government regulations. Monitoring student progress is essential, including analyzing both individual and class performance data to address learning gaps. Adjustments to teaching strategies should be made as needed to support student improvement. The successful candidate will participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching techniques, classroom management, and assessment skills. Applicants should demonstrate strong English communication skills and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field. Experience teaching Mathematics in English to high school students aged 15 to 19 is required. Preferred qualifications include high English proficiency scores such as TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, or IELTS 6.5+, along with expertise in curriculum planning, syllabus development, and assessment practices.
