Write or Paste Ad Thai Christian Sapanluang School is inviting applications for a Grade 3–Grade 6 teacher to join its English Program. The school is seeking one native English-speaking educator for this primary-level role.

Located on Rama IV Road, TCSS offers an English Program from Kindergarten to Grade 6, with relatively small class sizes that allow for more individualized attention. The school is looking for a motivated and committed teacher to become part of its academic team.

The available position is for a Primary teacher covering Grades 3 to 6. The successful candidate will teach English to Grades 3 and 4, Science to Grades 5 and 6, and Geography to Grades 4 to 6.

The starting salary ranges from 47,000 to 52,000 baht per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Salary progression is performance-based, with annual increases available.

The role begins in May 2026 for the 2026–2027 academic year. Working hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The teaching load is approximately 23 periods per week, with each period lasting 50 minutes. Teachers receive paid school holidays—approximately eight weeks per year upon contract renewal—along with public holidays.

Additional benefits include a contract completion bonus, AIA health insurance coverage, visa and work permit support, and complimentary lunch each school day. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and primary classrooms are equipped with projectors.

Applicants must be native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required, ideally in a relevant subject area.

Professional teaching qualifications such as TEFL, CELTA, PGCEi, or MEd are preferred. Candidates should have at least one to two years of teaching experience, though those with strong credentials and a positive attitude may also be considered.

Basic IT proficiency is necessary, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for simple calculations. Candidates must be available to attend an in-person interview and present original academic documents.

Applicants should also be prepared to deliver a demonstration lesson on the interview day if arranged in advance. The school will provide the lesson topic and materials beforehand via email.

The school seeks a professional educator who prioritizes student learning and well-being. Teachers are expected to create a supportive, structured, and engaging classroom environment that challenges students of all ability levels.

Responsibilities include grading assignments, maintaining accurate records, and preparing or adapting lesson plans, materials, and assessments to a high standard. Teachers are regularly observed to ensure quality instruction and support ongoing professional growth.

To apply, candidates must clearly state the position applied for, nationality, degree, current location or arrival date in Thailand, and visa status if applicable. Applicants should attach a resume with a recent photo, copies of their degree and passport, and a short introduction or teaching demonstration video; recommendation letters may also be included.
