Applications can be submitted to The position focuses on teaching Humanities in the Middle School while also supporting Geography instruction in the Secondary School programme. This role is central to implementing the school’s Future Focused learning philosophy within the Middle School curriculum. The teacher will help develop Geography within the Secondary pathway while promoting interdisciplinary learning and global awareness among students. The specialist will lead Humanities instruction for Middle School students and teach Geography at both IGCSE and A Level. Through these courses, the teacher will help students understand connections between people, places, environments, and global systems. The teacher will guide learners in analyzing complex global issues and thinking critically about environmental and societal challenges. Students will be encouraged to apply their geographical knowledge to real-life situations and contemporary global concerns. A key responsibility of the role is to spark curiosity and encourage meaningful learning experiences. The teacher will help students understand not only the content they are studying but also the purpose and process behind their learning. The position includes monitoring students’ academic progress while also supporting their personal development. The teacher will contribute to shaping students’ independence, character, and sense of purpose. As a Form Tutor, the teacher will mentor a group of students, supporting their wellbeing and personal growth. This includes maintaining strong relationships with students and helping guide them through their school experience. The role also requires active participation in the broader school community. Teachers will support co-curricular programmes, educational trips, residential visits, and outreach initiatives that enhance student learning beyond the classroom.
