Write or Paste Ad Nava School of English, a well-established language institution and teacher recruitment agency founded in 1999, has been providing English education in northern Thailand for over two decades. Based in Chiang Mai, the school offers both in-house language classes and places native English teachers in private and government schools across Chiang Mai, Lamphun, and Nakhon Ratchasima.

The school is currently hiring enthusiastic native English-speaking teachers for positions in Chiang Mai and Lamphun. These roles involve teaching young learners at kindergarten and primary levels in supportive school environments.

The first available position is located in the Lamphun Old City area and involves teaching Kindergarten through Pratom 6 students. The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with an average of 15 teaching hours per week and a maximum of 20. The monthly salary ranges from 32,000 to 34,000 THB, depending on qualifications and experience.

The second position is based in Chiang Mai, near Nawarat Bridge and Bangkok Hospital. This role includes teaching Kindergarten and Pratom 5–6 students. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:40 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with a maximum teaching load of 16.5 hours per week. The salary for this role ranges from 26,000 to 28,000 THB per month.

Both positions include support with visa and work permit processing, which begins immediately after hiring. Teachers will also receive assistance from an experienced Thai administrative team with lesson planning, materials, and classroom resources.

Additional benefits for both roles include reimbursement of visa and work permit fees, medical insurance, paid public holidays, two paid sick days per term (with a medical certificate), a paid one-week holiday in October, and a contract completion bonus. The contract runs from mid-May 2026 until the end of the academic year.

Applicants must meet several important requirements, including being a native English speaker from the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or South Africa. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory for obtaining a work permit, and candidates must already be living in Thailand. Preferred qualifications include a TEFL, TESOL, or ESL certificate and at least three months of teaching experience.
