| Write or Paste Ad | CO-DE Academy is currently looking for a full-time Coding Instructor to join their team and contribute to developing the next generation of digital creators. This role involves teaching coding to students between the ages of 4 and 15 through a variety of engaging courses such as Scratch, Roblox, Python, and Web Development, with comprehensive in-house training provided for all instructors. The learning environment at CO-DE Academy is designed to be supportive and effective, featuring small class sizes of up to four students. The position also offers a hybrid work setup, combining both onsite and online teaching, within a friendly and growth-oriented atmosphere. As a Coding Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality lessons in both physical and virtual classrooms. You will guide and mentor students, helping them achieve their individual learning goals while fostering their interest in coding and technology. In addition to teaching, you will collaborate with the team on curriculum development and ongoing improvements to ensure the courses remain engaging and up to date. Maintaining clear and professional communication with parents and other stakeholders is also an essential part of the role. Applicants are expected to hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Educational Technology. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent English communication skills are important, along with a genuine passion for teaching young learners. While prior coding knowledge or teaching experience is considered an advantage, it is not strictly required. Candidates who are enthusiastic about education and eager to grow in a supportive environment are encouraged to apply.
