Additional benefits include a Non-B visa, work permit support, paid Thai public holidays, assistance in finding accommodation, and access to structured lesson plans and teaching materials. Teachers are expected to work around 21–24 contract hours per week and are not required to remain at school beyond scheduled teaching hours.
