The school is looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive learning environment for young learners. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 22,000 to 25,000 THB, depending on qualifications and teaching experience. Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an average teaching load of approximately 13 to 18 hours per week. The role involves teaching Lillipods subjects through a play-based learning approach, designed to make lessons engaging, interactive, and enjoyable for preschool students. The school focuses on fostering creativity, curiosity, and foundational learning skills in early years education. Fasirin Kindergarten welcomes applications from Non-Native English Speakers (NNES) as well as Filipino teachers who possess strong English communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching young children. A positive, patient, and energetic attitude is highly valued. Applicants should ideally have experience in Early Years education. A bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Years Development is an advantage, although candidates with other bachelor’s degrees are also encouraged to apply. All applicants must currently be based in Thailand and available to conduct an in-person demo lesson.
