The school is looking for passionate educators who feel called to the teaching profession and are ready to start work immediately. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 THB, depending on qualifications and experience, for both native and non-native English speakers. Teachers will be responsible for managing vertical group classes of approximately 25 students per class, with full support provided for visa and work permit processing in accordance with Thai law. Applicants are expected to hold at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or in related fields such as Engineering, Physics, or other science disciplines. A minimum of two years’ teaching experience in Mathematics and Science at the upper primary level is required, with familiarity in Cambridge or British curriculum considered an advantage. Non-native English speakers must have a minimum IELTS score of 7.5 or TOEIC score of 870. Candidates should be comfortable working in integrated and multi-level classrooms and be adaptable in their teaching approach. Strong digital skills are also essential, including proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite, and other educational software. The school is also looking for individuals who are physically fit and open to working in outdoor learning environments. Teachers are expected to have a strong understanding of child development and a genuine passion for working with children. They should be enthusiastic, creative, nurturing, and committed to helping students reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment. In addition to classroom teaching, staff are expected to maintain strong communication with parents, including organizing monthly activities, and actively participate in wider school events.
