Applicants must be native English speakers from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with recent teaching experience in an Early Years educational setting. Familiarity with international curricula, particularly the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum, would be considered beneficial for the role.

The position includes a range of benefits in addition to the salary package. Teachers will receive a housing allowance, assistance with obtaining a work permit and Non-B visa, school holiday leave including a two-week home leave period, and access to health insurance. Extra teaching opportunities are also available during weekends, offering additional compensation at a rate of 590 THB per hour.

As the main classroom teacher, the successful candidate will lead a class of no more than 25 students with the support of two qualified co-teachers, including both Thai and international staff members. Teachers will follow the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum, use school-provided learning resources, participate in orientation training, and take part in regular evaluations designed to support professional development and teamwork within the school.

The school may also offer optional after-school or weekend enrichment programs with additional pay. These small-group activities include subjects such as Arts and Crafts, Music and Dance, Mandarin, and English language learning. Teachers may also participate in school excursions held once each term, where they will supervise and guide students alongside parents and Thai teaching staff.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM until 4:00 PM, with two consecutive days off each week, usually on weekends depending on the academic term.
