Siriaunda School - St. Andrew’s Anglican School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, is currently seeking Native English-Speaking Teachers to join our caring and dedicated team. We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to supporting the growth and development of our K2 students. The ideal candidate will be a responsible, caring, and enthusiastic individual who loves working with children, respects their unique needs, and enjoys being part of a collaborative teaching team. English Teachers at Siriaunda School will be responsible for bringing the school’s curriculum to life by planning lessons, preparing learning materials, and creating meaningful educational experiences that encourage children’s curiosity and development. Teachers will also be expected to manage their classrooms effectively, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure that all children are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times. The successful applicant will design and develop a classroom atmosphere that supports children’s academic, social, emotional, and overall development. Teachers will also work closely with colleagues to support students and contribute positively to the school community. Teachers are expected to participate in meetings, collaborate during team planning sessions, and serve as positive role models for both students and fellow staff members. A commitment to maintaining high professional standards through continuous teacher development is highly valued. We are looking for educators who can inspire young learners to enjoy the learning process and help each child reach their full potential during their kindergarten years. The ability to work well as part of a team is an important quality for this role. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field and be a Native English Speaker. A TEFL certificate is preferred, and experience or qualifications in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage. However, candidates without early childhood experience will receive support, training, and mentoring from our experienced team. Siriaunda School offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 38,000 to 40,000 baht, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include support for Work Permit and Visa application fees, health and accident insurance coverage, and free weekday lunches provided by the school.
