| Write or Paste Ad | Montfort College Primary Section in Chiang Mai is currently hiring two full-time teachers for the 2026 academic year: one Science Teacher and one Mathematics Teacher for the lower primary level. The positions are scheduled to begin in August 2026 and offer the opportunity to teach in a supportive school environment. Applications are invited from native English speakers who hold citizenship from the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. The school is seeking enthusiastic educators who are passionate about teaching young learners and committed to delivering high-quality instruction. Teachers will be responsible for approximately 20 teaching periods each week, with class sizes of no more than 30 students. Each class is supported by a Thai co-teacher, allowing for effective classroom management and collaborative lesson delivery. The position is offered on a renewable 12-month contract. The successful candidates will receive a starting salary of 40,000 THB per month. In addition to competitive pay, the school provides annual performance-based salary increases, an annual bonus, complimentary school lunches, organized teacher excursions, and health insurance benefits. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in education, a related discipline, or the humanities. A TEFL or TESOL qualification is preferred, and previous teaching experience—particularly within Thailand—will be considered an advantage.
