The role is available across Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary levels, with a starting salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 Baht, depending on qualifications and experience. The start date for all positions is set for August 18, 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to design and implement a comprehensive teaching plan tailored to the developmental stages of their students. Teachers will have a teaching load of 20 one-hour periods each week, ensuring ample time to manage classroom dynamics, prepare materials, and focus on each student’s individual progress. Additional duties include organizing relevant learning resources and fostering open lines of communication with parents to provide regular updates on student development. Teachers will be responsible for assessing student performance and ensuring consistent skill acquisition, alongside cultivating positive classroom interactions that encourage cooperation and sharing. Staff are also expected to work collaboratively with administrative personnel and uphold all teaching and safety standards established by the school. An essential aspect of the role is a commitment to the safeguarding and protection of children, with teachers required to follow all guidelines diligently. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of child development, contemporary educational practices, and demonstrate creativity in lesson planning. Essential skills include patience, flexibility, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication. An artistic approach to teaching is also valued. Applicants must hold a valid teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Proficiency in using computers and educational technology is also required. All applicants must currently reside in Thailand and be prepared to undergo a paper test, interview, and classroom demonstration as part of the selection process. Candidates outside the country will not be considered. Further requirements include the submission of a recent criminal background check and two professional references. References will be contacted prior to candidate shortlisting. Candidates should also be prepared to answer questions related to safeguarding as part of the interview process.
