We need a Chinese Teacher to design and teach engaging, age-appropriate Mandarin lessons for young learners by using songs, games, storytelling, and introductory character recognition based on the HSK curriculum. The role also involves incorporating Chinese language and cultural activities into everyday classroom routines, themed lessons, and school events to help children develop an early interest in the language.

The teacher will collaborate closely with both the English Lead Teacher and the Thai Co-Teacher to create smooth language transitions throughout the school day. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating students’ development in listening, speaking, and early reading skills, while preparing simple progress reports to keep track of each child’s learning journey.

Candidates will also be expected to support the development of Chinese learning materials such as flashcards, classroom displays, learning corners, and digital resources. Communication with parents is another important aspect of the position, including providing updates through Line groups, attending open house events, and participating in parent-teacher meetings.

Applicants should be native Mandarin speakers with strong knowledge of Pinyin and preferably familiar with simplified Chinese characters. A bachelor’s degree in Education, Chinese Language, or Early Childhood Education is preferred, along with a recognized teaching qualification such as CTCSOL, TCSOL, or a valid teaching license from China or Thailand. Previous experience teaching children aged 3–6 in an international or language school setting is required, and familiarity with HSK preparation materials or preschool Chinese programs would be considered an advantage. Intermediate English communication skills are also necessary.

Interested candidates should submit their CV, a recent photograph, copies of their degree and teaching certificates, and a brief cover letter via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The subject line should read “Chinese Teacher Application – [Your Name].” The preferred start date is within four weeks or as mutually agreed. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview, either online or in person.
