A non-profit school based on the KMUTT campus in Bangkok, is seeking two Primary English Teachers and one High School English Teacher to join its team.

Offering a monthly salary of 50,000 Baht, DSIL follows the Constructionism philosophy and maintains strong connections with institutions like MIT and Stanford, providing access to unique learning tools such as The Fab Learn Lab and the Compassionate Systems Framework.

Candidates will be flexible, passionate, and open-minded, with a bachelor’s degree, fluency in English (NES or NNES with proof of proficiency), compassion for youth, and a willingness to explore new educational approaches—particularly progressive or alternative methods.

While teaching experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. The school emphasizes self-directed, lifelong learning, and Project Based Learning (PBL), with Upper School students dedicating two days weekly to independent projects across diverse themes.

In the Primary School, English instruction is split between traditional Core English and interdisciplinary Project English. Benefits include a visa and work permit, health and accident insurance, annual staff trips, termly excursions, lunch during the semester, and a low student-teacher ratio of 5:1.
