We are currently hiring for both kindergarten and primary school teachers, with one position available immediately and another starting after the new year. We are seeking native English-speaking teachers, or teachers with native English-speaking fluency, who are energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to inspire young learners. The starting salary is 40,000 Baht per month, with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications. As a teacher at Lertlah, you will design and deliver lessons that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with curriculum goals. Creativity and innovation in lesson planning are highly valued. You will use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring that every student can participate, explore, and succeed. Assessments will be both formal and informal, helping track and support each child’s progress. Setting clear learning goals with your students and guiding them toward achievement will be a core part of your role. Providing timely and constructive feedback helps students stay motivated and confident. Creating a well-organized, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment is essential. You will foster respect, curiosity, and creativity while implementing effective and culturally appropriate classroom management strategies. Teachers are encouraged to develop supplementary instructional materials, participate actively in school events, and contribute positively to the wider school community. Following and promoting school policies ensures a smooth and collaborative operation. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in education, teaching, or a related field. Previous experience with young children is required, along with excellent spoken and written English skills.
