Applicants should be non-native English speakers or European candidates and must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.

A minimum of one year’s teaching experience at the kindergarten or elementary level is required, and all teaching credentials, diplomas, and academic records must be apostilled or officially verified by the embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Non-native English speakers are additionally required to present a TOEIC score of 800 or higher as proof of English proficiency.

The working day runs from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with classes held between 8:00 a.m. and 3:20 p.m., a teaching load of no more than 25 periods per week, class sizes of 8 to 15 students, and subjects including English Language Arts or Mathematics.

Teachers may opt to teach after-school programs, typically scheduled from 3:30–4:10 p.m. for elementary or 2:50–3:40 p.m. for preschool, earning at least 1,000 Baht per student per month for classes held four times per week, along with a daily lunch allowance of 40 Baht on school days only.
