This full-time position offers a monthly salary of 42,000 Baht and is suited to an experienced early years professional who is passionate about leading high-quality early childhood education in a multilingual school environment. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a closely related discipline and have between three and five years of experience teaching in early years settings. Experience in bilingual or trilingual schools is highly desirable, along with strong knowledge of early years pedagogy and curriculum design. Applicants should demonstrate a leadership-oriented approach, strong English proficiency at CEFR B1 level or above, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive, collaborative attitude toward child development. In this role, the Early Years Level Head will be responsible for overseeing curriculum planning and ensuring engaging, high-quality learning experiences for young children. The position involves mentoring, supporting, and supervising early years teachers, teaching selected classes when required, monitoring student development, and maintaining effective communication with parents. Close collaboration with school leadership and teaching teams is essential to ensure alignment with the school’s educational goals.
