As a Guide, you will prepare a nurturing environment, develop individualized learning plans, and support each child’s unique developmental journey through the Montessori method. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. - Minimum 1 year in an educational or childcare setting; Montessori experience is a plus. - Strong understanding of child development. - Ability to support Montessori learning principles. - Effective behavior management and observation skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and cleanliness. - Patient, nurturing, responsible, and culturally sensitive. Location Ratchapreuk branch - The Crystal SB Ratchapreuk (Near Central Westville) working hour: 8:30am-5:30pm work 5 days/week off 2 days/week (Day off will not fall on weekends) |
