The school is seeking four IEP teachers to teach students from Kindergarten 1 through Grade 6, and applicants must already be living in Thailand. Located on Latkrabang Road in Bangkok, Prom School is a private kindergarten and primary institution established in 1990. The school is known for providing a fun, friendly, and safe learning environment and currently serves approximately 380 students, focusing on developing creativity, confidence, and independent lifelong learning skills. Prom School operates a well-established Intensive English Program (IEP) and is a leading school in the Latkrabang district. Students study English, Mathematics, and Science with foreign teachers from Kindergarten through Grade 6, ensuring strong English immersion across core subjects. Class sizes typically range from 24 to 34 students, with up to two Thai teaching assistants supporting each classroom. Teachers are expected to collaborate closely with local staff to maintain an engaging and structured learning environment. Working hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with a maximum of 23 teaching periods per week. All unit tests and final examinations are prepared by the school, allowing teachers to focus on lesson delivery and student engagement. For Native English Speaking teachers, the minimum base salary starts at 42,000 baht, with higher pay based on experience. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field, have at least one year of teaching experience in Thailand, be aged between 22 and 50, and be willing to commit to a renewable one-year contract. Experience teaching Math and/or Science in English at the primary level is required. For Non-Native English Speaking teachers, the minimum base salary begins at 36,000 baht, increasing with experience. Candidates must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, have at least one year of English teaching experience in Thailand, possess a valid English proficiency score (TOEIC 850, TOEFL iBT 79, or IELTS 6.5), and hold a TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate.
