The school is searching for caring and committed educators who value holistic child development within a trilingual educational setting. The ideal candidate believes in supporting the overall growth of each child—academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. Teachers are expected to foster a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive. Primary responsibilities include teaching and supervising Early Childhood students in alignment with the school’s curriculum and guiding philosophy. Teachers are entrusted with both the academic and pastoral care of their class. Educators will design and carry out engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, with a strong emphasis on play-based learning. Lessons should be interactive and tailored to suit the needs and interests of young children. Creative lesson planning is essential, ensuring that activities promote intellectual curiosity as well as social, emotional, and physical growth. Teachers are encouraged to develop meaningful experiences that support well-rounded development. Ongoing observation and assessment of students are key components of the role. Teachers must document progress carefully and use this information to guide future instruction and support individual learning needs. Creating a warm, secure, and inclusive classroom atmosphere is a top priority. The environment should encourage confidence, independence, and positive interactions among students. Teachers will also organize and arrange learning centers that reflect children’s interests. These thoughtfully prepared spaces should inspire exploration, imagination, and hands-on discovery. Regular and professional communication with parents is required to ensure strong home-school partnerships. Providing updates on student development and maintaining open dialogue are important aspects of the role. Collaboration is highly valued at the school. Teachers will work closely with co-teachers and the Early Childhood team, participate in meetings, attend school events, and engage in ongoing professional development. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Previous experience with young children is considered an advantage, along with strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and a proactive attitude toward professional growth. The school offers a competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience. The campus is located on Soi Sriburapha 18 in Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, Bangkok, near The Mall Bangkapi and NIDA, and interested candidates should send their CV, relevant certificates, a recent photo, and current address to Salary is 35k up! |
