Write or Paste Ad Our school is currently recruiting two native English-speaking teachers to join our team, one for the primary level and one for kindergarten. The roles involve similar responsibilities, with the kindergarten position detailed below:

We are offering a direct hire position with an annual contract starting in April or May 2026. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering 13 to 20 hours of lessons per week, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences for young students.

Beyond teaching, the teacher will care for children throughout the school day. Responsibilities include welcoming students in the morning, participating in the morning assembly, supervising lunch and nap times, and preparing children to go home at the end of the day.

The role also involves assisting the department in organizing and executing various school activities. These include sports days, holiday celebrations, field trips, and other events that contribute to a vibrant and holistic learning environment.

Teachers are expected to attend monthly staff meetings and weekly department meetings to collaborate with colleagues and ensure consistency across the curriculum. Regular working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening meetings and weekend events as needed.

Candidates must be native English speakers from Anglosphere countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa. Unfortunately, applicants from other nationalities cannot be considered. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university is required.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience, relevant licenses, or certifications. Additional consideration is given to those holding credentials such as TESOL or TEFL, which enhance teaching expertise and classroom effectiveness.

The salary ranges from 35,000 to 40,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience, and includes a housing stipend. Teachers may also receive additional pay for summer courses or optional weekend tutoring. Social security contributions of 750 THB are deducted from each paycheck, providing access to a large regional hospital nearby.

The school provides comprehensive support for visas and work permits. Staff will receive assistance in preparing paperwork, paying initial fees, and completing the necessary local registrations for visa renewal, work permits, and social security. Housing support is available for those who wish to live near the school. Employees are entitled to ten days of paid leave per year and sick leave with a doctor’s note.

The Demonstration School of Lampang Rajabhat University serves 300–400 students from preschool to secondary level.
