This role involves approximately four teaching hours per week, with a flexible schedule to be arranged. The school values an approach where learning is brought to life through play, creativity, and real-world experiences, and is looking for someone who shares this philosophy. The ideal candidate appreciates each child’s individuality, has a strong grasp of foundational mathematics, and can communicate concepts in a clear and engaging way. Creativity in using games, storytelling, and hands-on activities is important, along with patience, warmth, and a genuine enjoyment of working with young children. Openness to nature-based learning is essential, and familiarity with approaches such as Waldorf Math, Math Mind, or Singapore Math is an advantage. Applicants should have a background in Education, Mathematics, or a related field, with teaching experience preferred. Compensation is offered at an hourly rate based on experience.
