We aim to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where young children can thrive. We are particularly interested in teachers who enjoy hands-on, playful teaching methods and who bring energy and creativity into the classroom. Our next intake starts on May 1, 2026, and we offer a 20,000 THB completion bonus for those who fulfill their contract by March 2027. Teachers who extend their stay for an additional year will also enjoy a paid holiday in April. At Sitapatr, we focus on engaging our students with lively, interactive classes. Kindergarten teachers at our school plan activities that involve singing, games, and collaborative learning. Our curriculum emphasizes Phonics, but also encourages conversational practice and small group interactions to build confidence and communication skills. While prior experience with Phonics is beneficial, the most important qualities we seek are enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine desire to connect with both students and our international teaching team. We value teachers who bring passion and creativity to the classroom, inspiring children to learn and explore. Our school currently hosts 18 foreign teachers, and Nakhon Si Thammarat has a welcoming expat community. The location offers easy access to beautiful destinations such as Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, as well as breathtaking beaches and mountains in Krabi, making it a fantastic opportunity to explore Thailand while working. Salaries are flexible and depend on qualifications and experience, with a starting range of 35,000 Baht.
