The school follows a modern UK-based approach, delivering synthetic phonics training designed to enhance pronunciation, reading, and writing abilities for both Thai and international students, supported by experienced UK-qualified primary educators. Selected candidates will receive training in synthetic phonics instruction and elements of the UK National Curriculum, with a strong emphasis on professional development and classroom innovation. These part-time roles are typically scheduled on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and teachers delivering four classes per day. The daily rate starts at 4,000 Baht per day, which is equivalent to approximately 1,000 Baht per hour, with an increase to 4,500 Baht per day after one year of service, along with ongoing training and career development opportunities. Applicants should be fluent English speakers (preferably from the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa), hold a recognized university degree, have at least one year of primary teaching experience, and be able to provide a criminal background check from their home country.
