The role is set to begin at the end of June or early July 2026. The school is seeking a caring, energetic, and passionate educator with proven experience in early childhood teaching, particularly those who enjoy working with very young learners aged 2–4 years old. The successful candidate will receive a basic monthly salary ranging from 50,000 to 60,000 Baht, depending on qualifications and experience, under a one-academic-year contract that includes a three-month probation period. This role involves teaching within a US California curriculum framework, with a workload of 22 teaching units per week, where each class lasts approximately 45–50 minutes. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with classes running from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM across two semesters per academic year. The ideal teacher should have a strong background in early childhood education and be familiar with play-based and ESL teaching approaches, creating a warm, engaging, and supportive learning environment for young children. The school reserves the right to assign teachers based on suitability and preference. Additional benefits include partial health insurance coverage, free daily lunch, visa and work permit assistance under a Non-Immigrant Type B visa, small class sizes of no more than 20 students, and support from one to two teaching assistants per classroom. Classrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning and internet access, and teachers are entitled to paid holidays along with possible additional income from after-school programs.
