| Write or Paste Ad | Lertlah School in Bangkok is currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Kindergarten and Primary NES teachers to join their team. This is a full-time position with a minimum salary of 40,000 THB per month, with compensation depending on qualifications and experience. The school is seeking native English-speaking teachers who are team-oriented, energetic, and eager to contribute to a dynamic learning environment. The expected start date for this position is May 1, 2026. Teachers will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that are suitable for the age and ability levels of students. This includes designing lesson plans, assessments, and activities that align with the school curriculum and learning outcomes. In addition, teachers are expected to set learning goals with students and support them in achieving academic progress. A variety of teaching materials and classroom resources should be used to create interactive and meaningful learning experiences. Regular assessment of student performance—both formal and informal—is also part of the role. Teachers should maintain well-organized classrooms that encourage creativity, respect, and effective learning, while applying appropriate classroom management strategies. Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field, along with experience working with young children. Strong English communication skills, patience, a positive attitude, good time management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and teaching technology is also required.
