| Write or Paste Ad | Kids Avenue International Kindergarten is currently hiring an Early Years Homeroom Teacher for the May–June 2026 intake. The school is hiring a passionate and committed educator who values creativity, play-based learning, and meaningful early childhood experiences for children between the ages of 2 and 6. The school provides a welcoming and supportive environment where young learners are encouraged to grow through hands-on activities, exploration, and experiential learning. The teaching approach follows the EYFS framework while focusing on emotional development, independence, and active participation. As a homeroom teacher, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and caring for children aged 3–6 throughout the school day. Teachers are expected to create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence. The role includes teaching approximately 4–6 carefully planned lessons each week using interactive and play-centered methods. Teachers will also support children’s development through Montessori-inspired routines, practical tasks, and positive discipline strategies that help improve behaviour and self-regulation skills. Applicants will work closely with children during classroom activities, play sessions, and daily routines while encouraging communication and social interaction. Teachers are also expected to prepare short daily progress reports, maintain professional communication with parents, and keep the classroom organized and visually appealing. The school welcomes applicants who genuinely enjoy working with young children and hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education. Candidates should be confident in spoken and written English, and newly graduated teachers are encouraged to apply since training and guidance will be provided. The position is based in Sriracha, approximately 30 minutes from Pattaya and around two hours from Bangkok. Teachers will work from Monday to Friday, with a teaching schedule of approximately 4–6 hours per week. The offered salary ranges from 18,000–22,000 Baht depending on qualifications and experience. Teachers will receive a 2- or 3-year contract, paid holidays, performance bonuses, visa and work permit assistance before employment begins, and additional employment benefits after joining the school.
