We're hiring an experienced School Manager to oversee the overall administration and daily operations of a trilingual education program. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the curriculum while maintaining effective operational systems and supporting the long-term development of the school. The position involves supervising curriculum management and working closely with the Principal, who serves as the license holder, to maintain high educational standards. Familiarity with international educational frameworks such as Cambridge, Pearson, Jolly Phonics, and HSK programs would be highly beneficial for the role. Pay is 50,000 Baht. A major responsibility of the School Manager will be driving student enrollment growth through strategic marketing initiatives, admissions management, school open houses, and community engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of increasing enrollment within the competitive Bangkok education market. The role also includes overseeing all human resources and financial operations, including staff recruitment, payroll administration, visa and work permit coordination, employee performance management, budgeting, expense tracking, and fee collection processes. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential to manage these responsibilities effectively. In addition, the School Manager must ensure the school complies with all Thai Ministry of Education regulations, including the Private School Act, OPEC inspections, and safety certification requirements. Maintaining proper operational standards and legal compliance will be an important aspect of the position. The successful applicant will also manage parent relations and communication through platforms such as Line, school events, and satisfaction surveys. Responsibilities further extend to overseeing school facilities, including CCTV systems, playgrounds, STEAM rooms, and overall health and safety standards to provide a secure and welcoming learning environment. Applicants should hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of three years of school management experience. Fluency in Thai and professional-level English are required.
