| Write or Paste Ad | Wall Street English Thailand is currently recruiting full-time Native English-Speaking (NES) teachers to join its team in Thailand. Teachers will play an important role in supporting student success and contributing to a high-quality English learning environment. At Wall Street English, teachers are expected to work collaboratively with other educators to deliver engaging, interactive, and dynamic lessons. The focus is on creating a positive learning experience where students actively develop practical English skills that are useful in real-life situations throughout their course of study. Beyond classroom teaching, instructors are also responsible for motivating students and providing consistent feedback to help them improve and progress effectively. The role emphasizes student support and encourages teachers to inspire learners while guiding them through their language development journey. Applicants are welcome to apply even if they are currently living outside Thailand. Candidates must be native English speakers holding a passport from the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or South Africa, and must possess a bachelor’s degree in any field. In addition, applicants are required to hold a teaching qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA with a minimum of 120 hours of classroom-based training. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong passion for education and language teaching, along with a willingness to work evenings on weekdays and weekends. The role is designed for teaching adult learners aged 15 and above in small class settings. Teachers should be open to continuous learning, professional development, and working effectively as part of a supportive and dynamic team. The position offers a full-time workload of 40 hours per week, including 30 contact teaching hours, with classes scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, and three consecutive weekdays. Teachers are employed on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and eligibility for a bonus. The monthly base salary is approximately 47,500 THB, along with additional benefits such as immediate medical insurance coverage including dental care, social security, and assistance with visa and work permit processing. The company also provides tax management support for employees. Teachers receive 10 paid vacation days per year in addition to all official Thai public holidays.
